MIDIval PunditZ on Travel Channel's Adventure of a Lifetime w/ Jeremy Piven (in India)

So, this Monday, April 3rd, I watched actor Jeremy Piven explore India via a travel show on the Travel Channel, and I was amused to hear various cuts from the album MIDIval Times by the MIDIval PunditZ used in the backing soundtrack to the show. This was cool. There were other ambient South Asian soundz used in the show, but the striking part was to hear the distinct tidbits of tracks from MIDIval Times floating amid Jeremy Piven's narration and the vibrant bustling or quiet solitude of various Indian locales that were urban, rural, and also set in the serene wilderness (mangroves?). Anyways, shaanti to all of you tribesters, and go and set the world ablaze with music!

Tracks I heard parts of on the show included "Morning," "Khayaal," and "Piya."

"In a space where cultures collide and wires cross, there is no place for definitions. When traditions are unbound and twisted up with fresh meaning. When ideas cross-pollinate to create new refrains, it is a kollektiv process. From raag infused breakbeats and global electronica, to beat laden rock and hip hop, Kollektiv ignites the dancefloors everywhere it lands"
